The Lord Baltimores is an alliance of two people: R. Jason Vandygriff and David J. Pierce. Both are successful musicians, producers, and writers from very different backgrounds. Together they make music that is equal parts R&B, Soul, Funk, Jazz, and Latin. The sound is ambient and cinematic with a noir vibe.  The newly released self-titled album was written and recorded over two years using a who's who of the best musicians in Texas, most of whom come from the storied music program at the University of North Texas.
